There will be a question and answer period and John will sell and sign copies of his books at the end of the presentation. This auditorium-based presentation is offered as part of the ongoing Evening Travel Program hosted by the Mazamas\, a non-profit Mountaineering Education Organization based in Portland\, Oregon. John Kallas\, is the Director of Wild Food Adventures outdoor school and author of two books: “Edible Wild Plants: Wild Foods From Dirt to Plate”\, 2010 and “Edible Wild Plants: Wild Foods From Foraging to Feasting”\, 2023..
