SUMMARY:Gifts for the Holidays and Other Occasions
DESCRIPTION:Gift Certificates for One and All.\nWild Food Adventures offers roughly 27 wild food workshops and two Rendezvous each year in North Western Oregon. Events typically run from March through October. Any of these events can be gifted at anytime to anyone. Note that minors must be accompanied by an adult at any Wild Food Adventures event. Private events can also be created at the location of your choosing. \nGifting is Fast and Easy\nGifting is as easy as writing a card\, any card\, with your description of the gift you intend on it. No waiting\, no shipping\, you can do this yourself in a few minutes\, at the last minute if you so desire. Hand it right to the giftee or put it under the tree. Of course\, it must be something we offer\, and/or that we agreed upon. And it must be paid for prior to the person attending the event. \nGift a Day Workshop\nMost day events last about 3 hours on site in different habitats. We cover edible wild plants\, sea vegetables\, shellfish and other forageables. Here is a poster showing our upcoming or past events to give you an idea of the kinds of workshops that the giftee can eventually choose from. Typically gifters purchase one or more workshops for the giftee. Then once the season progresses\, the giftee chooses the workshop(s) they want to attend on that gift\, letting us know about 10 days ahead of time to reserve them a space. \nGift a Wild Food Rendezvous\nWe offer two\, four-day Rendezvous a year. Each involves the identification\, gathering\, processing and preparing of feasts out of the wild foods we gather. These are remarkable events with life changing impacts on participants. The giftee can attend alone or with the gifter depending on the intent of the gifter.
