Foraging in the City

Wild Marshmallow S’mores

Sunny Savage films a Wild Marshmallow workshop taught by John Kallas through Wild Food Adventures. Participants find the plant, process the mallow peas, cook them up, whip them up, and serve the ‘mallowmallow’ on chocolate and grahm crackers. Sunny also interviews John about global climate change and its impact on plants in his workshops.
