He retains exclusive rights to these marks and variants that might sound like it, use the combined words with modifications, or otherwise cause confusion. The mark, “Wild Food Adventures” was officially registered with the United States Patent and Trademark office July 31, 2018, registration number 5529131. These marks identify and distinguish his services from the services of others. The mark is unique and has been exclusively and continuously used by John Kallas and his company Wild Food Adventures since its invention and first use in 1993. John Kallas’ Wild Food Adventures is the source of this service.
Wild Food Adventures offers education and training involving edible wild plants and other foragables. These services include, but are not limited to: workshops, classes, Rendezvous, outfitting, presentations, technology, publishing, and hands-on learning events that include, plant identification, foraging, food processing, cooking, and the resultant meals.
